If you want to do an intensive Beach Lifeguard Course over one week we occasionally run these courses at a cost of £120. This covers the cost of the manual, exam fee, Instructors expenses and you will become a member of the club and our Association. The course will be run over 5 days with the exam at the end of the course. All aspects of the syllabus will be covered. Please note that you must have attained the age of 16 and be able to swim 400 metres in a swimming pool in a maximum time of 7 mins 30 seconds.
